Hi everyone, we’d like to share a situation our community has uncovered.
Recently, members of our community discovered what appears to be large-scale aggregation and uploading of Suno-generated music on NetEase Cloud Music, one of the largest music streaming platforms in China, without the creators’ involvement.
A specific account/channel named “suno.ai” seems to be operating at a very large scale. Here are the facts we’ve verified so far:
- This “suno.ai” account has uploaded over 181,000 songs (see the snapshot)
- The account has gained 15k+ followers and accumulated a very high number of streams
- NetEase Cloud Music appears to feature some of this content within its AI music sections (see the snapshot)
- Some members (they are on a paid Suno plan) found their music on this account
- They did NOT upload the songs themselves and did NOT authorize any third party to distribute or monetize their music on NetEase Cloud Music
- We contacted Suno directly, and Suno confirmed they are NOT affiliated with NetEase Cloud Music in any way

A Critical Discovery
We initially assumed that only public Suno tracks were being aggregated. However, case analysis suggests otherwise.
For example, the Suno user “militsa” shows 20 tracks on NetEase Cloud Music, while only 13 public tracks are publicly visible on Suno (see snapshot).
This raises serious questions about how the remaining tracks were accessed, including whether non-public content may be involved.

How to Check If Your Songs Are Affected
If you’re concerned your Suno music may appear on NetEase Cloud Music without your involvement:
- Visit: https://music.163.com/
- Log in: (NetEase account required via app, WeChat, or QQ — we know this is difficult outside China)
- Search: Enter your Suno username in the search bar.
- Filter: Click the “专辑” (Albums) tab and look for your tracks appearing under the “suno.ai” account.
Need help? If you’re unable to access the platform due to login or language barriers, feel free to share your Suno username in the comments or DM us. We can help check manually and provide screenshots where possible.
What to Do If You Find Your Songs (Evidence Collection)
If you find your songs and would like to request a takedown, compensation, or other actions, please submit your case via our Google Form.
We are collecting verified cases to engage with NetEase Cloud Music collectively. The more verified cases we have, the stronger our position for clarification or resolution.
The form will ask for:
- Links: NetEase Cloud Music link(s) and Original Suno link(s) (if available)
- Creative contribution: Whether the track is fully AI-generated or includes human contribution (e.g. lyrics, melody edits, post-production)
- Evidence: Screenshots showing creation details or timestamps
Protecting Future Releases
To reduce the risk of further exposure, we strongly recommend that creators temporarily DO NOT PUBLISH new songs on Suno and take immediate steps to ensure clear ownership records.
